Diagnosis: Shingles
Ground for diagnosis:
lots of small vesicles seen on an erythematous base(Dew drops on a rose petal) over bilateral thoracic dermatome( most common site of shingles) which later becomes crusted and with some areas of hyperpigmentation.
Level: T6-9

Complications: post-herpetic neuralgia

Treatment: PO Acyclovir

Add carbamezapine or gabapentine to reduce the pain for post herpatic neuralgia.
