This 45 years old man presented with a complex partial seizure. What does the MRI scan show and what is the diagnosis ?

This is a T2 weighted MRI or Gadolinium enhanced MRI (can't tell which) showing a 3cm by 2cm heterogenous vascular lesion at the anterior limb of the right internal capsule/frontal lobe. Working diagnosis is a tumour that could be primary or secondary, probably a GBM, could also be infective process eg abscess (less likely).

Not really.....look at the other picture.....Do you see the popcorns ?
cavernous hemangioma?
Yes ! Classical popcorn appearance !
