It is clear that the diagnosis for this case is "Nodal Osteoarthritis of the hands" showing Heberden's and Bouchard's nodes...
so, all the options are true except stem "c" as Lefulonamide is a one of the DMARDS for treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis and not osteoarthritis
