MCQ for medical students and MRCP Part 1 or 2a

C. Leflunamide is one of the treatment as a DMARDs
D. The PIP involvement is called Bouchard's nodes
E. The DIP involvement is called Herberden's nodes

It is clear that the diagnosis for this case is "Nodal Osteoarthritis of the hands" showing Heberden's and Bouchard's nodes...
so, all the options are true except stem "c" as Lefulonamide is a one of the DMARDS for treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis and not osteoarthritis

This neurological problem may be due to people who has crossed late 40's. And osteoarthritis is more common and usually severe in women.
