muscle biopsy scar.
usually done for example Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Becker Muscular Dystrophy....
wouldn't the scar be much smaller?

You should try to get a nice piece of muscle for the pathologist to read it better. Your yield of diagnosis will be low if you got a small piece.

koebener phenomenon
looks like healing wound with the original dermatological disease
(Kobner phenomena) so may be lichen plannus or psorisis
